  • I provide counselling for people employed by many organisations, industries and workplaces around Queensland. This is a service provided by organisations to assist their staff to be happy and healthy. Check with yours today to see if they are currently a partner.

  • If you're considering support, speak with your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan or WorkCover referral to access counselling sessions with a Medicare rebate or approved funding.

A bit about me

I’m a Gladstone local, so I know this place throws some pretty weird curveballs. Whether you’re busting your guts on shift work, stressing over your business, or just trying to keep the family circus together, I get it.

I’ve spent over 20 years helping people deal with stress, burnout, trauma, sleep, and all the mental health stuff that doesn’t come with an instruction manual.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I’m pretty good at making a safe, chill space where you can just be yourself — no drama, no judgement.
